Matt Wizeman is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Business Leadership Coach dedicated to helping business owners build companies that are more valuable, transferable, and less dependent on them. He works with owners to create comprehensive exit strategies that address the three critical components of a successful transition: personal readiness, financial preparedness, and business attractiveness.
Matt believes that exit planning is not simply about selling a business. It is about creating options and empowering owners to leave on their own terms.
